Galleria at Jordan Creek

The Galleria at Jordan Creek is a large-scale mixed-use development located in West Des Moines, Iowa, encompassing several hundred acres of commercial land within a rapidly growing corridor of the Des Moines metropolitan area. The development includes a range of retail, restaurant, hospitality, and service-oriented uses supported by extensive site infrastructure.

Civil Design Advantage provided comprehensive services from initial master planning through final design and construction. Services included civil engineering for site development, utility and grading design, stormwater management, and coordination of multi-phase improvements across numerous outlots and parcels.

Surveying services included boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision platting, and construction staking to support phased development. The project also incorporates pedestrian-oriented design elements, including plaza areas, trail connectivity, and integrated landscape features to support long-term functionality and user experience.
