Gary is a cofounder and managing partner of Civil Design Advantage. Gary often serves as Principal-In-Charge for municipal or government related projects. Gary’s experience with the DNR and COE enables him to effectively lead a design team through specific permitting processes. Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 1992 and is a Licensed Civil Engineer in Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. Gary is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Dean is a managing partner and a cofounder of Civil Design Advantage. Dean received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 1993. Dean often serves as the Principal-In-Charge for private land development projects and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Dean is a Licensed Civil Engineer in Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska. Dean is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Iowa Engineering Society (IES).
Ryan is a Principal and managing partner of Civil Design Advantage. Ryan has over two decades of experience in providing site/civil engineering design, site selection, project management, platting, and municipal engineering projects. Ryan leads all consulting services for mission-critical facilities, providing land use entitlement, design, and permitting for data centers in the Midwest and Western United States. Ryan is a licensed professional Civil Engineer and possesses a wealth of experience, drawn from a wide variety of projects; public and private, small and large. With creativity and commitment, he draws upon that experience and combines it with an understanding of the latest methods, materials, and technologies to develop innovative, efficient, successful, and sustainable projects.

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University in 1999. Erin often serves as a Principal-In-Charge for private land development projects. Erin is a Licensed Civil Engineer in Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Iowa Engineering Society (IES).
Keith is a Principal and Managing Partner at Civil Design Advantage. He earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University in 1999 and is a Licensed Landscape Architect. He frequently serves as Principal-in-Charge on site development projects, providing strategic leadership and oversight. Keith is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
