Civil Design Advantage attended the SkinFusion FX ground breaking ceremony in the Historical district Olde Town of Altoona on Friday, August 23rd. As design partners for Butzke Burch Construction, CDA collaborated closely with Studio MELEE to bring this project to life. The proposed building is 4,895 SF, single-story at the corner of 2nd Street SE and 2nd Avenue SE in Altoona. This new development will be home to SkinFusion FX, with additional space available for a future tenant. This project is a key piece of the broader Olde Town revitalization effort in Altoona, Iowa, and CDA is excited to see the positive impact this development will have on the community. The project is projected to be completed by March of 2025, and SkinFusion FX is planned to open in their new location shortly after.
