Civil Design Advantage attended the SkinFusion FX ground breaking ceremony in the Historical district Olde Town of Altoona on Friday, August 23rd. As design partners for Butzke Burch Construction, CDA collaborated closely with Studio MELEE to bring this project to life. This new single-story building will be home to SkinFusion FX, with additional space available for a future tenant. This project is a key piece of the broader Olde Town revitalization effort in Altoona, Iowa, and CDA is excited to see the positive impact this development will have on the community.
