The Des Moines City Council approved Hyper Energy Bar’s flagship drive-thru location at Southwest 11th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway on Monday night.
The site presented several design challenges, including an irregular shape, stormwater drainage areas, and multiple easements. CDA provided site design services to address these constraints and support a functional layout for the property.
