CDA provided civil engineering and surveying services for Hyper Energy Bar locations in West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Norwalk, and Cedar Falls. Scope included topographic and boundary surveys, site plan design (demolition, dimension, grading, and utility plans), stormwater management and detention design with as-builts, landscape planning, easement coordination, and construction administration.
Several sites incorporate dual drive-thru lanes, standard and accessible parking, and bike parking. The Ankeny location also includes a walk-up ordering window, patio seating, and direct access to the High Trestle Trail.
