The Indianola Veterinary Clinic project involved expanding the existing facility in Indianola, Iowa. Civil Design Advantage was responsible for site surveying, preliminary and final site design, and construction staking.
The expansion comprised of a single-story addition of 2,802 square feet to the rear of the existing 5,117-square-foot clinic. The project required several site improvements, such as reconfiguring the parking lot, installing storm water management structures, constructing internal sidewalks, and designing a 3,200-square-foot dog yard. Additionally, a comprehensive landscape design was implemented to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the site.
Throughout the construction phase, Civil Design Advantage provided limited construction services. These included conducting site visits as requested by the client and reviewing shop drawings to ensure compliance with the project’s specifications. Our team’s involvement ensured that the expansion met all design and construction standards while seamlessly integrating with the existing clinic facilities.
