James Pointe Flex-Warehouse

James Pointe Flex-Warehouse is a newly constructed 28,572 SF industrial/flex building within the James Pointe development in Waukee, Iowa. It is located off of Hickman Road, just west of Northwest High School and Triumph Park. This project converted an undeveloped site into a functional office and warehouse facility featuring 7,060 SF of office space and 21,512 SF of warehouse area. The development includes over 55,000 SF of paving to support truck access, employee parking, and on-site circulation.

CDA provided full civil engineering and site design services for this project. Work included the topographic survey, demolition, dimension, grading, and utility plans, as well as landscape design. CDA also prepared the SWPPP and SWMP, coordinated stormwater management requirements, and supported the project through construction administration.
