Panora City Hall and EMS Station

Site design for a 12,000 SF City Hall and EMS facility featuring four apparatus bays. Services included topographic survey; preliminary and final site design, grading, utility, and drainage plans; and preparation of construction drawings. CDA coordinated site access, parking layout, and integration with existing city infrastructure to support the combined municipal and emergency services operations.
