Comprised of several hundreds of acres of land in West Des Moines, Iowa, this mixed-use development provides many opportunities for shopping, entertainment, and dining. Featuring national big-box retailers, banks, hotels, restaurants, and other retailers and businesses. The Galleria at Jordan Creek is an upscale mixed-use development within the growing area of Des Moines’ western suburbs.
CDA has been involved with this project from the initial concept stages, through development and opening of dozens of stores, restaurants, and businesses. Design elements of the project include hundreds of parking spaces, many plaza areas, integration of bike trails, and intensive landscape plantings. Plaza areas included colored concrete panels at storefronts, colored concrete crosswalks, and seating areas for pedestrians.
