Total Health Experience is a 25.28-acre regional medical campus located at 9300 Northpark Drive in Urbandale, Iowa. The site will accommodate nine medical buildings ranging from 14,800 to 25,000 square feet and will serve as the imaging and diagnostic headquarters for Innovative Radiology. Construction began in 2024, with a targeted opening date of 2027.
Civil Design Advantage is providing full civil engineering services, including preliminary and final site design, topographic and ALTA surveys, concept refinement, rezoning coordination, master plat preparation, and stormwater management. CDA is also responsible for public improvement drawings for storm and sanitary sewer extensions and roadway turn lanes, as well as grading permits and SWPPP preparation.
