Civil Design Advantage attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tru by Hilton hotel in Grimes on Monday, September 16th. This new 53,247-square-foot hotel will feature 116 guest rooms, a pool, a fitness center, and a food pantry. It is located just off Highway 141, which is east of GrimesPlex. The hotel is part of the growing Hope Entertainment District. CDA is excited to contribute to this project and looks forward to seeing Grimes continue to develop as a prime destination for sporting events, families, and more.
The hotel will be located at 701 NE Gateway Drive in Grimes, Iowa.
