The Emory is a 300-unit multi-family residential development located on a 16.13-acre site at 1490 34th Avenue SW in Altoona, Iowa. This included early-stage planning, topographic survey, and demolition coordination, followed by full site design encompassing grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control.
