Brook LandingA neighborhood meeting was held on March 31, 2016 to present the conceptual plan for a Single Family Subdivision called Brook Landing. Upon rezoning, Brook Landing will create approximately 184 single family homes southwest of the intersection of E Douglas Avenue and NE 56th Street in Des Moines, Iowa.
