Brook Landing, a residential property development that encompasses 65 total acres, sits on the northeast side of Des Moines, Iowa. A neighborhood meeting was held on March 31, 2016 to present the conceptual plan for the Single Family Subdivision. Upon rezoning, Brook Landing will create approximately 184 single family homes southwest of the intersection of E Douglas Avenue and NE 56th Street in Des Moines, Iowa.
