Camden Woods is a large-scale residential development consisting of multiple phases. The project delivers a series of single-family residential lots designed to accommodate long-term community growth in Ankeny.
CDA provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services, including topographic survey, grading design, final plat preparation, construction drawings, and typical sections and details. Services also included stormwater management planning, SWPPP/SWMP documentation, DNR permitting, pre-plat coordination, and full construction support through staking, observation, and record drawings.
The result is a cohesive neighborhood framework that balances functional infrastructure with residential lot design, supporting phased development across multiple plats.
