Landscape Architect In-Training
Civil Design Advantage (CDA) is accepting applications for a full-time Landscape Architect In-Training. CDA is seeking a creative and motivated design professional. This role supports land development planning and design. The candidate will work with senior Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers. Projects are located across Iowa and the Midwest.
Responsibilities:
- Site planning and landscape design for land development projects.
- Preparation of detailed construction documents.
- Development of renderings and visual exhibits.
- Assistance with cost opinions.
- Collaboration with civil engineering staff on integrated site design.
- Support for commercial, institutional, recreational, and multi-family projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
- Experience with land development projects is preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Land F/X is desirable.
- Strong design, organizational, and communication skills.
